7th Grade Improved to 3-0 After Win at Harlan

Coach Haynes's Recap-7th Grade Girls Basketball took their 2-0 record to Harlan Tuesday night for a match-up against the Cyclones.  A close first quarter saw the Rams leading 8-4 but the girls took control in the second quarter to lead by 14 at half time.  Improved team defense and a more patient half court offense led the way to a 35-16 victory for the Rams to improve to 3-0 on the season.  Jenna H. led the team in scoring with 13 points and Molly W. scored 8 points.  Kate H., Ryley N., and Carissa G. each scored 4 points and Hallee L. had a field goal. In the B-game, the Rams played against the Harlan A-team and ended up losing 44 to 6.  Scoring for the Rams were Savannah S., Madison R., and Josselyn W. The Rams take on Atlantic at the HS Aux gym on Thursday.
