Coach Berke's Recap:

The 8th grade boys hosted Clarinda yesterday afternoon in a high scoring matchup.  Unfortunately, the Rams ended up on the short end in a 54-42 loss, bringing their season record to 4-5.

Glenwood fought hard throughout all 4 quarters, keeping the Cardinals within reach, but a dry spell in the 2nd quarter gave Clarinda a 12 point lead from which the Rams just couldn’t recover.

AJ Shiltz led the Rams in scoring with 10 points on the night, followed closely by Nolan Little and Jayme Fritz who each had 8.  Also scoring were Tommy Johnson with 7, Brock Sell with 6, Collin Lincoln with 2 and Cameron Schutte sank a free throw for one point.

Glenwood travels to Creston on Thursday to take on the Panthers.
