Coach Berke's Recap- The 8th grade boys’ basketball team improved their record to 4-0 last Tuesday night after a win over Lewis Central. The Rams did an excellent job of taking care of the ball, only committing 6 turnovers on the night.  That combined with a balanced scoring attack were two keys to the victory.

Three players managed to break double-figures in scoring.  Silas Bales was the leading scorer with 16 points.  Ryan Blum and Ben Hughes weren’t far behind with 14 and 13 respectively.  Kaydon Good and Draden Melgoza each managed 3 points and Houston Stephens added 2. Leading rebounders were Bales with 8 and Blum with 5. The Rams head over to the Auxiliary Gym tonight for a matchup with the Shenandoah Mustangs and are back there again tomorrow, taking on Red Oak.
