Balanced Scoring Lifts Glenwood Past Atlantic

Glenwood girls basketball defeated Atlantic 56-40 on Tuesday. The girls picked up their second win of the season. Joslyn Lewis was awarded the player of the game after scoring thirteen points on the court. Lewis hit some big three pointers early to help the Rams get off to a great start.  The Rams had balanced scoring on Tuesday night. Seven girls scored for the Rams with four Rams scoring nine points or more. Nicole Schuppan also had a great game by scoring thirteen points. Consistency was also key in Glenwoods’ win. The Rams scored evenly throughout the entire game. Fifteen points in the first quarter, twelve in the second, fourteen in the third and fifteen points in the fourth.

The 2-4 Rams will travel to Denison on Friday.
