“We were able to get a goal pretty early in the game.  Sioux City West answered with 2 goals pretty close together off of breakaways.  We answered back shortly after to tie up the game.  We were able to get one more goal in before half so we went into the 2nd half leading 3-2.  In the 2nd half, we were able to get 2 more goals.” said Coach Benson

“I was happy we were able to pull off a win in this game. Last season, we lost to Sioux City West so it was great to come away with a win this season!  I am glad the girls were able to fight back after getting scored on twice so close together!  It was a great win with three different players scoring goals.” said Coach Benson

“I was proud of the effort all of the girls gave.  We tried our hardest.  Lewis Central is a very good team and they have many skilled players.” said Coach Benson
