The 8th grade boys dropped to 5-6 last night with their second loss of the season to the Red Oak Tigers. Final score of the game was 39-27.
The Rams played great defense the entire game, keeping the game within reach for most of the contest. Some unfortunate turnovers and missed opportunities forced Glenwood to have to foul late in the 4th quarter. The Tigers managed to convert on many of those free throw opportunities and get some costly offensive rebounds, causing Red Oak to pull away late and snag a 12-point victory.
Leading all scorers was Collin Lincoln with 6 points. Brock Sell and Tommy Johnson both scored 5, while Jade Nanfito and Nolan Little added 4 each. Also scoring was Cameron Schutte with 3 points.
