Osterloh and Taylor Help Lift Glenwood Over Red Oak

The Glenwood Girls Tennis Team defeated Red Oak 5-4 last night to remain undefeated on the season at 4-0. Ellie Osterloh looked impressive as she defeated Sarah Behrens (Senior) 8-2 in number one singles. "GREAT win for Ellie at #1 vs Behrens.  Ellie dominated the entire match starting out ahead 3 - 0. Ellie played well and had many winning shots." said Coach Ohm

Osterloh teamed up with Brooklyn Taylor to defeat Red Oak's number one doubles team of Behrens/Baker 8-6. "Number 1 doubles played well (they were down 3 - 4) and beat Behrens/Baker in a close match 8 - 6." said Coach Ohm

Sophomore Brooklyn also won a close match at number two singles by defeating Macy Baker 9-7. "Taylor was up 7 - 4 before Baker won the next two games to come within one, 7 - 6.  Baker won the next game to make it 7 - 7 and then Taylor won the next two to win the match 9 - 7." said Coach Ohm

Glenwood also got wins from Ruby Crow in singles and the doubles team of Stouder/Rounds.
