Coach Joyner had the following recap on the win at the Mustang Invite. :

The Glenwood boys golf team teed off for the first time in the 2018 season and found a boatload success. The Rams won the Mustang Invite in Shenandoah on Tuesday shooting a 308 as a team beating out 2nd place Atlantic by 10 strokes. The Rams were led by Junior Ryan Leath shooting a +2, 72 garnering 2nd place individually. Colton Book was 3rd overall with a +6, 76. Other place winners for the Rams were Pierce Harrington (6th), Eli Bales (7th), Nick Stavas (8th), and Nate Mohr (10th).

Having 6 guys in the top 10 speaks volumes about the hard work that the boys have put into their game. The greens were varying speeds and the wind played tricks during the round but they stuck with their gameplans and attacked the course all day long. I'm really excited to see what they can do the rest of the year.
