Rams Stay Hot and Sweep the Cardinals

Last night the softball and baseball teams faced Hawkeye 10 opponent Clarinda. The baseball team only took five innings to defeat the Cardinals 14-2. Cole Loeffelbein was the player of the game by hitting for the cycle. Way to go Cole! The softball team also impressed by shutting out the Cardinals 12-0. Brielle Smith was the player of the game by hitting a three run home run. Way to go Brielle!

Ram Baseball and Softball Sweep the Tigers

Last night the softball and baseball teams hosted Red Oak. Both teams played a double header and Glenwood won all four games. The softball team won 6-0 and 15-5! Lyndie VanNess was the player of the game by hitting a three run homerun in the first game while pitching a complete game and picking up eight strikeouts on her way. The baseball team won 14-4 in the first game and won the second game 13-3 after five innings.

Way to go Rams! Keep it up and good luck tonight!

Last night both the baseball and softball teams picked up wins at home. Glenwood baseball and softball hosted Clarinda for a couple Hawkeye 10 match-ups. The baseball team shut out the Cardinals and won 9-0.

The softball team only took six innings to defeat the lady Cardinals. Senior Molly Dean had the hot bat and went 4-5 at the plate against the Cardinals. Glenwood would pick up the win in the sixth inning 11-1.

 

Both teams will host Shenandoah tonight! Go Rams!
